Capitis Films Special Guest for SPYRL

Our photo and video team was able to film special guest, former Chicago Bears player, Charles "Peanut" Tillman last week.

The shoot was for the new Gyrotonic® studio, SPYRL, coming soon to Highland Park.

As a friend and previous client of Gyrotonic® trainer Amy Pena, Tillman has been using the Gyrotonic® Method since his football days. Now he finds the exercises helpful in loosening up after swimming and other activities.
